

How long will it take to send out my order?
Eric and Becky are in charge of dispatching orders and they take great pride in ensuring that our Warehouse Team get your orders picked, packed and ready for dispatch on the same or the very next working day (gold stars to Eric and Becky!). Our standard delivery service is not a guaranteed timed delivery, and it can take longer during our busy times, so if you need your items by a certain day we would suggest that you upgrade to our prioritised Next Day Delivery Service by calling us on 0844 855 3242
How will I know my order has been dispatched?
Once our couriers have collected your parcel you will receive a confirmation of dispatch email. You will then know that your parcel should be with you very soon. We use very speedy postal services, but if your parcel has not arrived within a few days then please contact us on and we will track this for you. Our small parcels are usually dispatched on a Royal Mail first class service and the vast majority arrive the day after they have been dispatched. However, this is not a guaranteed service and therefore if you need your parcel urgently, we would suggest that you upgrade to our Next day Delivery Service by calling 0844 855 3242. Larger parcels normally arrive within 2 days after dispatch.
What are the delivery charges?
We offer 2 levels of delivery service and they both require a signature.
UK Standard Delivery - £3.95: England, Wales and Scotland, including Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands. Small orders are usually dispatched on a Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery Service and larger orders by Parcelforce or other courier service. We aim to dispatch from our warehouse on the same or next working day. A specific delivery date is not guaranteed and parcels may take slightly longer at busy times.
Next Day Delivery Service before 1pm - £7.95. Orders need to be received before 12 Midday to guarantee a Next Day Delivery Service. To use this service, please call our Next Day Delivery Phone Line: 0844 855 3242 Available 9am – 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Orders dispatched on a Friday would be expected to arrive on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed on Saturday would be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. We aim to achieve our Next Day Service to most areas of the UK. However, this cannot be guaranteed to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands which may take slightly longer. We will still prioritise your order and dispatch on the Special Delivery Service and therefore you will receive your item much faster than on our standard service.
Do you deliver to the Republic of Ireland and overseas?
We deliver to the Republic of Ireland and the following countries via Parcelforce or other Courier service. Overseas deliveries require an extra surcharge so please call us on call +44(0)1226767321 to pay the surcharge for the extra delivery costs.

Please can I have free postage and returns?
We know that you don't like delivery charges – neither do we – so we do try to keep them as low as possible and in line with what it costs us. Occassionally we will run Free P+P offers to our customers as a promotion and it may be worth becoming one of our Facebook Friends to get advance notice of this and also of our Sales/Discount Codes. We keep asking our postal agents if we can have all your stuff posted out for free … but they keep saying "no you can't!". When they eventually give in and say yes, we will send everything out for free all of the time! Until then, we believe in being upfront about them rather than saying its free and hiding it in the cost of the product or by compromising our standard of service.
If you do need to return any items for an exchange, we do not charge again to resend its replacement to UK mainland addresses. (Please contact us for overseas or UK Highland and Island addresses as additional charges may apply).
I'm not going to be home – can I have my order delivered to a different address?
In a word…Yes, you can. You can enter several different delivery addresses onto your account and then just select the one that you require when you place your order. Your account details must match those held by your card issuers and must include a correct land line number for security reasons. Don't forget that a signature will always be required so make sure someone will be there to receive the parcel. Some of our customers find it useful to have their parcel delivered to work.
What if I'm not in when my parcel arrives?
Our postal agent will leave you a card to let you know that they have called. The card will have details of redelivery or collection facilities.
Uh Oh! My parcel hasn't arrived – what should I do?
Our postal agents are very good, but should you find yourself without your parcel please give our customer service team a ring so that they can check this for you – 0844 8553242 or email them on aftersales@littletrekkers.co.uk (and they will do their best Poirot investigation). Don't forget though that for parcels dispatched on our standard service, Royal Mail require 15 working days before they will consider an item as lost.
