Delivery

We offer a very speedy delivery service at Little Trekkers with orders normally dispatched the same or very next working day, depending upon time of ordering. Very occasionally during busy times dispatch of orders may take longer. All our parcels are sent using either Parcelforce or Royal Mail services. We charge a standard rate of 3.95 for postage and packaging costs to UK mainland destinations.

UK small parcels are dispatched on a Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery service. Whilst this is not a guaranteed service Royal Mail aim to deliver these parcels the next working day, including Saturdays. UK larger or heavier parcels are dispatched on a Parcelforce 48 hour delivery.

Our Standard service refers to UK mainland orders. Please see chart below for non-UK mainland delivery.

Next Working Day Delivery Service

The option of Next Day Express Delivery is available with a surcharge of 3.55 (Total cost of P+P 7.50) for UK mainland orders (highland and islands of Scotland can be dispatched on our Express Service but may take slightly longer). Orders need to be received before 12pm to guarantee a next day service.

A signature will be required upon receipt of goods. We can deliver to an alternative address which can be arranged at the time of ordering.

We aim to have all items that we have displayed on our website always in stock and it is our policy to remove items from the website should they go out of stock. Very occasionally items may go out of stock before we are able to remove them from the website, but we will notify you should this occur with an anticipated date of delivery and/or alternative option.

European Service

Parcels to other European destinations, including Ireland and the channels islands, are dispatched on a Parcelforce Euro service and are available by telephone or by using our printable Mail Order Form.

Zone 1:	Parcels are despatched on a Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Parcelforce 48 Hour delivery service
Zone 5:	Parcels under 1.5kg are despatched on a Royal Mail International Signed For Service. Parcels over 1.5kg are despatched on a Parcelforce Euro service.
All Other Zones:	Parcels are despatched on a Parcelforce service (including Parcelforce European Delivery service)
