Number 37
Number 37 on the on the list of 50 things to do before you’re 11 and ¾ (National Trust) is – check out the crazy creatures in a rock pool.
The best thing is, all you need is a bucket and a good pair of eyes.
We‘ve been working very hard on this particular list point this week. Arlo liked the little pools that formed on top of the rocks best, as they weren’t too deep to put his hand in. It’s amazing how fascinating the little things are when you’re two, like how seaweed all sticks together when you take it out of water but spreads out and looks beautiful again when you put in back in the water.
Although the sun was out the sea was still pretty chilly, so we were really glad we brought the Splash About Combie with us as it really extended the amount of fun time we were able to have in the water.
