Winter Play Dens

Winter Play Dens

It's really the wrong time of year for fabric play dens, too cold and windy. But the kids really love playing in a den so we took our chance on a windless day to build a colourful den in the garden.

Using old sheets and fabric, we strung them on the bushes and it did provide a small shelter.

We've decided however to construct a living willow den next spring which will be a bit more sturdy than sheets and a bit more weather durable!
