A Short Blog But a Big THANK YOU
Dear Little Trekkers, Thank you very much for my most awesome waterproofs, which I have been wearing non-stop since they arrived.
They have been tested on the beach, in the play park, and in our back garden, and they work a treat. While my mummy and daddy have been repeatedly soaked through, I've been warm and dry and keen to play for hours in this glorious wet weather we've been having.
My mummy asked for trousers in a size that are too big for me at the moment, saying something boring about me growing into them for winter, but I have still insisted on wearing them with the legs rolled up.
I hope all the other Little Trekkers are causing mayhem in their new outdoor gear too.
Lots of love, Ruby (2.5yrs) xx

I, too buy a size bigger than required of Spotty Otter gear - but my two are still able to run about and climb unrestricted and it's indestructible so it's a shame not to get a bit more wear out of it. Chloe (2) has very recently outgrown her 0-6mth Chillibug, fits really nicely into her 6-12mth splashsuit and can still do 180's on the slide in her 1-2year jacket! We got a 1-2 fleece-lined suit in the sale just before Easter and expect to easily get next year out of it! PS - Love the lime green trousers!
Another one-size-bigger family here, too. In a way I suppose we've been getting 6 uses out of our down- and splash-suits: I get them a size too big for Poppy, who gets 2 seasons wear out of them, then they're still in perfect condition to hand down to Lily and Rose. If only they made them in adult sizes (or at least, Jay-size) :o)
I've often wondered would I fit into the biggest size! And 6 uses - that's definitely value for money!
