Joe aged 5 months in Arctic Sweden

Here is a picture of me and my little trekker, Joe, in Arctic Sweden. We took him on our trip at Easter this year when he was 5 months old.

Here in the picture he is modeling his bushbaby snugsuit, which was fantastic and he stayed nice and warm, even at that lattitude!

We stayed in a log cabin (without water or electricity) reached by crossing a frozen lake, and Joseph slept well every night in his littlelife twinarc travel cot, while we enjoyed a glimpse of the northern lights.

Our friends thought we were mad to undertake this trip, but it was fantastic. With some inside knowledge from locals, we were able to go cross country skiing with Joe in a special sledge, have walks in the snow, see lots of wildlife and discover the Sami culture of northern sweden.

Our only problem now is deciding where to go next.
